About The Griffin Club, Los Angeles
Griffin's Club Los Angeles is a special gathering place for all tennis lovers, and individuals looking to get away from the everyday haggle and hassle.

The iconic Space first opened its doors as the Palomar Tennis Club in 1926, making it one of the country's oldest private clubs. It was opened by Elmar Griffin to accept actors, entertainers and socialites that had an interest in sports.

Being a four-acre private retreat in a residential area, the Griffins Club, Los Angeles has always attracted attention to the Club's name and ownership. Celebrity connections also attract people to the location.

The Griffin Club members enjoy outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness facilities and classes, restaurants, and event space spread across the whole area. Recent renovations freshened up the grounds with a junior Olympic size adult-oriented swimming pool, new cabanas, and a jacuzzi, making it one of the few L.A. clubs with two outdoor pools.

In addition to the LED-lit tennis courts, there are a variety of programming options, including live ball, cardio tennis, adult instructional lessons, and youth lessons.

In the Griffin Bar, the Club's executive chef creates a daily menu. Fresh sushi is available at the pool bar and grill, as well as healthy California cuisine.
There are state-of-the-art cardio and strength-training facilities at the Club, as well as complimentary fitness classes each week, personal trainers, and Pilates instructors for those who want to work out on a regular basis.

The Club is proud of its progressive, inclusive, and diverse nature, and it welcomes families, couples, and singles of all ethnicities, professions, and backgrounds. A great place to socialize, work out, and find community!
