About the Los Angeles, Table tennis Association
The Los Angeles Table Tennis Association (LATTA) was founded in 1998 as a non-profit organization. The center is home to one of the largest table tennis clubs in the country.
The Los Angeles table tennis association has standard ITTF-approved equipment and table tennis accessories to cater to all members and even more. The facility spans over 10,000 square feet of Space and 20-foot ceilings.
The floors are covered with red international rubber floors, and It also has a player's rest area and 8 Security cameras (24 hrs. Surveillance) to cater to your security concerns.
The coaching staff, led by legendary female players Tawny Banh and Crystal Huang, is one of LATTA's most distinctive advantages. Tawny Banh is a two-time Olympian and Pan Am medalist, and Crystal Huang is a former U.S. Champion and Olympian. Coaching, monthly tournaments, and Saturday round-robin competitions are all available at the facility.
The Los Angeles Table Tennis Association is dedicated to helping enthusiasts in the Greater Los Angeles area, including south and east L.A. County and cities in or near the San Gabriel Valley, develop their interest and produce world-class players shortly.
In keeping with this, the association regularly organizes intensive classes for students and community members recently as part of an after-school athletic program in collaboration with the Parks & Recreation Department of East (Los Angeles) County Community Services Agency.
The Los Angeles Table Tennis Association is located at 10180 Valley Blvd, El Monte, just off the ten freeway, close to Fletcher Fetch Park, Norms Restaurant, San Gabriel Valley Airport, and the greater Los Angeles area.
